Express Courier is the fastest way to get your shipments delivered, within scheduled transit times, and with quick PODs (proof of delivery).
Most destinations can be reached within a matter of days. It only takes 1–2 days to reach many major cities.
This service is door-to-door, including customs clearance and fuel surcharges.
All shipments are fully tracked. Progress reports can be emailed to both the shipper and the consignee (optional).

Export Terms:
All shipments are despatched as DAP (Delivered At Place). Therefore, any customs duties and taxes arising upon import will be the responsibility of the consignee to settle prior to delivery.
Should you not wish for your customer to pay any charges upon delivery then Free Domicile DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) can also be arranged to many destinations (all charges billed back to the shipper).
All shipments tendered to Kentec are despatched subject to our standard terms and conditions of carriage. These include insurance for the transportation cost of your goods but not the replacement value of the contents. Nor any liability for consequential loss thereof. We recommend that shippers make their own arrangements for separate insurance should it be required.
Documents or Dutiable items?
Shipments containing anything other than documents that are destined for outside of the European Union will require a customs declaration/commercial invoice. This, ideally, should be provided on the shippers company letter headed paper.
The declaration will need to contain key information such as:
- An accurate description of the contents
- HS code (Customs Commodity Code)
- Export Terms (DAP or Free Domicile)
- Quantities and unit values of the goods
- Shippers VAT number where applicable
- Reason for export
- Total value
